РЕЗЮМЕ
Методика вертикальной препаровки применяется в стоматологии для эстетичного и биологически ориентированного протезирования, в основном для коронок и виниров, сохраняя структуру зуба, работая вровень с десной или чуть ниже, создавая гладкий интерфейс для лучшего заживления и гармонии с тканями, что обеспечивает долговечность реставраций и естественный вид, особенно в сочетании с концепцией BOPT (Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique). Диоксид циркония является одним из самых прочных материалов, использующихся для изготовления коронок. Он в 4 раза превышает прочность керамики, при этом не уступает ей по эстетическим свойствам. Если при пародонтозе существует необходимость протезирования передних зубов, стоматологи рекомендуют остановить выбор именно на циркониевых коронках. Большим плюсом такого материала является то, что он предотвращает скопление бактерий возле десны. Важный аспект заключается еще и в том, что зубы придется обтачивать гораздо меньше, чем при установке коронки из другого материала. В статье представлены данные клинических исследований, подтверждающих эффективность циркониевых коронок при лечении пациентов с пародонтитом, а также результаты применения методики Vertiprep в сочетании с коронками.
