Məqalədə III trimestrdə hamilə qadınlar arasında qalxanabənzər vəzin disfunksiyasının tezliyinin
təyin edilməsi, faktorların əlaqəsi və tiroid disfunksiyasının hamiləlik nəticələrinə təsirinin təhlili
təqdim olunub. Tədqiqata III trimestrdə birdöllü hamiləliyi, orta yaşı 28,7±2,11 olan 77 qadın cəlb
edildi. Qadınların hamısında qanda tireotrop hormon (TTH), triyodtironin (T3), tiroksin (T4) təyin
edilmişdir. Statistik təhlil Microsoft Excel Statistica proqramı ilə həyata keçirilmişdir. 39,0%
hallarda tiroid disfunksiyası aşkar edilmişdir: qadınların 26%-də subklinik hipotireoz, 7,8%-də açıq
hipotireoz, 5,2%-də subklinik hipertireoz aşkar edilmişdir. Subklinik hipotireoz zamanı TTH
səviyyəsi eutireozlu hamilə qadınlara nisbətən 74,6% (p=0,001), açıq hipotireozu olan hamilə
qadınlarda 81,3% (p=0,001) qədər yüksək idi. Subklinik hipotireoz, açıq hipotireoz və subklinik
hipertireozu olan hamilə qadınlarda T3 səviyyəsi müvafiq olaraq 38,2% (p=0,355), 78,6%
(p=0,004) və 11,1% (p=0,741) qədər azalmışdır. Qalxanabənzər vəzinin normal funksiyası olan
qrupu ilə müqayisədə subklinik hipotireozu və subklinik hipertireozu olan qadınlarda qanda T4
dəyəri 34,6% (p=0,261) və 39,0% (p=0,004) qədər artmış, açıq hipotireoizlu qadınlarda isə 75,6%
qədər (p=0,003) azalmışdır. Subklinik hipotireozlu qadınlar qrupunda anemiya 35,0%,
preeklampsiya 20,0%, azsululuq 30,0%, qeysəriyyə kəsiyi 35,0%-ndə qeyd edilib. Subklinik
hipotireozla qadınlarda preeklampsiya, anemiya, azsululuq, qeysəriyyə kəsiyi və vaxtından əvvəl
doğum riski müvafiq olaraq 5,6 dəfə (p<0,01), 7,9 dəfə (p<0,01), 4,6 dəfə (p<0,05), 3,7 dəfə
(p<0,05) və 1,7 dəfə (p>0,05) eutireozu olunanlardan yüksək idi. Anemiya, preeklampsiya,
qeysəriyyə kəsiyi tezliyi, aşağı bədən çəkili uşaqların olması və Apgar şkalası aşağı bal ilə subklinik
hipotireoz arasında statistik olaraq əhəmiyyətli əlaqə müəyyən edildi. Hipotireoz və hamiləliyin
nəticəsinin dəyişənləri arasındakı əlaqənin gücünün qiymətləndirilməsi hipotireozlu hamilə
qadınların aparılmasının yaxşılaşdırılmasına imkan yarada bilər.
