XÜLASƏ
Mədə-bağırsaq traktının nodulyar limfoid hiperplaziyası daha tez-tez nazik bağırsaqda, mədədə, yoğun bağırsaqda və ya düz bağırsaqda yerləşən, adətən diametri 2-10 mm olan çoxsaylı kiçik düyünlərin olması ilə xarakterizə olunur. Patogenezi əsasən məlum deyil və baş vermə bütün yaş qruplarında mümkündür, uşaqlarda olduqca yaygındır və immun çatışmazlığı olan və ya olmayan yetkinlərdə də qeyd oluna bilər. Bəzi hallarda xəstələrdə ümumi variabel immun çatışmazlığı, selektiv IgA çatışmazlığı, Giardia intestinalis, çölyak xəstəliyi, Helicobacter pylori, insan immun çatışmazlığı virusu ola bilər. Bu yaxınlarda COVID-19 keçirmiş xəstələrdə nodulyar limfoid hiperplaziyanın aşkarlanması ilə bağlı məlumatlar təqdim edilmişdir. Nodulyar limfoid hiperplaziyası adətən asimptomatikdir, lakin qarın ağrısı, xroniki ishal, qanaxma və ya ileus kimi müxtəlif mədə-bağırsaq simptomlarına səbəb ola bilər. Diaqnoz endoskopiya və ya barium kontrast üsulu ilə qoyulur və patohistoloji tapıntılarla təsdiqlənməlidir. Nodulyar limfoid hiperplaziyası həm bağırsaq, həm də çox nadir hallarda ekstraintestinal limfoma üçün risk faktorudur.
Açar sözlər: nodulyar limfoid hiperplaziya, mədə-bağırsaq traktı, endoskopiya, ümumi variabl immun çatışmazlığı, selektiv IgA çatışmazlığı, Giardia intestinalis, çölyak xəstəliyi, Helicobacter pylori
