РЕЗЮМЕ
Височно-нижнечелюстной сустав (ВНЧС) играет важную роль в жевательной функции, а болевые синдромы, связанные с ним, представляют собой значимую проблему стоматологической практики. Цель исследования — провести клинико-статистический анализ болей в ВНЧС и выявить их эпидемиологические характеристики за три временных периода: 1990–1993, 2000–2003 и 2010–2013 гг. В исследование включено 387 пациентов, выбранных методом случайной выборки. Проанализированы демографические, клинические и функциональные данные. Полученные результаты демонстрируют изменения в характере болевых синдромов и распределении факторов риска за указанные десятилетия.
