АНАЛИЗ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ И МЕТОДОВ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ КИШЕЧНИКА В АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНЕ

РЕЗЮМЕ
Проблема ранней диагностики и своевременной и адекватной медицинской помощи пациентам с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника (ВЗК) продолжается оставаться одним из актуальных направлений в практике внутренних болезней. Цель: изучение особенностей клинического течения и выборов консервативной терапии у пациентов с ВЗК в Азербайджане. Материалы и методы. Была изучена база данных 446 пациентов (язвенный колит (n=231), болезнь Крона (n=190), микроскопический колит (n=20), не дифференцируемый колит (n=5)) из различных регионов страны, которым проводились лабораторные, эндоскопические и патоморфологические исследования. Результаты. Были проанализированы демографические и социально-экономические особенности в данной группе пациентов, средний возраст начала заболевания и время (минимальное и максимальное) постановки диагноза, статус потери трудоспособности, особенности клинического течения (с учетом осложнений и внекишечных проявлений), варианты выборов методов консервативной терапии. Заключение. Преобладание тяжелых/осложненных форм среди первичных пациентов, трудности дифференциальной диагностики, отсутствие преемственности на этапах медицинской помощи, делают необходимым создание единого национального клинического Регистра больных с ВЗК.
