РЕЗЮМЕ
В статье рассматриваются формирование нарциссических черт у врачей, их проявления в профессиональной деятельности и возможные последствия. Данные литературы свидетельствуют о том, что нарциссизм не следует рассматривать исключительно как негативную характеристику. Умеренная уверенность в себе, решительность, инициативность и склонность к лидерству в определённых клинических и организационных условиях могут носить адаптивный характер. Вместе с тем грандиозность, чувство превосходства, непереносимость критики, чрезмерная потребность в восхищении, снижение эмпатии и пренебрежение мнением окружающих могут отрицательно влиять на командную работу, отношения «врач–пациент» и профессиональное поведение. На выраженность нарциссических черт могут влиять профессиональная среда, высокая ответственность, конкуренция, иерархическая система обучения и возможности самопрезентации в социальных сетях. Наличие отдельных нарциссических черт само по себе не означает наличия нарциссического расстройства личности. Поэтому задачей медицинской среды является не ограничение здоровой профессиональной уверенности в себе, а предупреждение дезадаптивного поведения. Важное значение имеют профессиональная этика, эмпатия, конструктивная обратная связь, командное взаимодействие, психологическая безопасность и ответственная система подотчётности.
