РЕЗЮМЕ
Миома матки остаётся одной из наиболее распространённых доброкачественных опухолей среди женщин, сопровождающейся высокой частотой репродуктивных нарушений, анемического синдрома и необходимостью хирургического вмешательства. Современные подходы к её диагностике и лечению претерпевают значительные изменения в условиях стремительного развития цифровых технологий. Интеграция искусственного интеллекта в клиническую практику при миоме матки рассматривается как перспективное направление развития доказательной медицины, обеспечивающее повышение точности диагностики, сокращение числа ненужных вмешательств и улучшение качества жизни пациенток.
