Hamiləlik dövründə arterial hipertenziya (AH) mamalıq praktikasında ana və dölün sağlamlığına təsir edən ciddi problemdlərdən biridir. Hamiləlik dövründə ortaya çıxan AH-ya xroniki AH, gestasion AH, preeklampsiya və eklampsiya daxildir. Hər bir hamilə qadının vəziyyətinə, AH-nin səviyyələrinə və digər klinik əlamətlərin mövcudluğuna əsaslanır. Məqalədə hamiləlik dövründə AH-nın diaqnozu və müalicəsinə müasir yanaşmalar, o cümlədən təsnifatı, riskləri və monitorinq üsulları müzakirə olunur.
