XÜLASƏ
Qeyri-spesifik xoralı kolit (QSXK) və Kron xəstəliyi (KX), bağırsağın müxtəlif hissələrini təhlükəli dərəcədə iltihablaşdıran autoimmun mənşəli, tibbi praktikada tez-tez rast gəlinən xroniki təkrarlanan xəstəliklərdir. İltihabi bağırsaq xəstəlikləri (İBX) kimi ümumi adla tanınan bu vəziyyətlər ətraf mühit və immun faktorların birgə təsiri ilə bağırsaqda zədələnmə və iltihaba səbəb olur. Haşimoto və Qreyvs xəstəliyi (QX) qalxanabənzər vəzinin əsas autoimmun patologiyalarıdır. Bu xəstəliklər hipertireoidizm (Qreyvs xəstəliyi ilə əlaqəli) və ya hipotireoidizm (əsasən Haşimoto tireoiditi (HT) ilə əlaqəli) kimi vəzi disfunksiyalarına gətirib çıxarır. Son elmi ədəbiyyatda İBX və QV-nin autoimmun xəstəliklərinin eyni vaxtda rast gəlməsi ilə bağlı məsələlər — onların yayılması, əmələgəlmə mexanizmləri, klinik-diaqnostik xüsusiyyətləri və müalicə prinsipləri — hələ tam şəkildə öyrənilməmişdir. Araşdırmanın məqsədi — son ədəbiyyatlara əsaslanaraq İBX və qalxanabənzər vəzin autoimmun xəstəliklərinin birlikdə rast gəlməsinin klinik aspektlərini qiymətləndirməkdir.
