XÜLASƏ
Qastroezofageal reflüks xəstəliyi (QERX) mədə - bağırsaq traktının yuxarı şöbəsinin ən geniş yayılmış patologiyası hesab olunur. Son tədqiqatlar göstərir ki, qida borusunun selikli qişasının baryer funksiyasının və onun keçiriciliyinin pozulması refrakterliyin ən vacib səbəblərindən biridir. Beləliklə, QERX-nin optimal terapiyasında təkcə xlorid turşusunun sekresiyasının inhibə olunması ilə kifayətlənməməli, eyni zamanda selikli qişanın baryer funksiyasının bərpa olunması məqsədilə ezofaqoprotektiv təsirə malik dərman vasitələrindən də istifadə olunmalıdır. Bu məqsədlə yeni dərman vasitəsi olan Alfazoksdan istifadə oluna bilər.
