XÜLASƏ
İltihabi bağırsaq xəstəliyi (İBX) olan xəstələrə erkən diaqnoz, vaxtında və adekvat tibbi yardım problemi daxili xəstəliklər praktikasında aktual istiqamət olaraq qalır. Məqsəd. Azərbaycanda İBX olan xəstələrdə klinik gedişatının və konservativ müalicə üsullarını təhlil etmək. Materiallar və metodlar. Respublikanın müxtəlif regionlarından laboratoriya, endoskopik və patoloji müayinələrdən keçmiş 446 xəstənin (xoralı kolit (n=231), Kron xəstəliyi (n=190), mikroskopik kolit (n=20) və diferensiasiya edilməmiş kolit (n=5)) məlumat bazası təhlil edilmişdir. Nəticələr. Bu xəstə qrupunun demoqrafik və sosial-iqtisadi xüsusiyyətləri, o cümlədən xəstəliyin başlanğıcındakı orta yaş və diaqnozun qoyulma vaxtı (minimum və maksimum), əlillik vəziyyəti, klinik gedişat xüsusiyyətləri (fəsadlar və ekstraintestinal təzahürlər daxil olmaqla) və konservativ müalicə variantları təhlil edilmişdir. Yekun. İlkin xəstələr arasında ağır/mürəkkəb formaların yayılması, differensial diaqnostikada çətinliklər və tibbi yardımın mərhələlərində davamlılığın olmaması İBX xəstələrin vahid milli klinik reyestrinin yaradılmasını zəruri edir.
