Şaquli preparasiya metodikası stomatologiyada estetik və bioloji cəhətdən yönümlü protezləmə məqsədilə tətbiq olunur. Bu metod əsasən taclar və vinirlər üçün istifadə edilir, dişin strukturunu maksimum dərəcədə qoruyaraq, diş əti səviyyəsində və ya bir qədər aşağıda işləməyə imkan verir. Bu zaman toxumalarla daha yaxşı uyğunlaşma və sağalma üçün hamar bir interfeys yaradılır ki, bu da restavrasiyaların uzunömürlülüyünü və təbii görünüşünü təmin edir. Xüsusilə BOPT (Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique) konsepsiyası ilə birlikdə tətbiq edildikdə yüksək effektivlik göstərir. Sirkonium dioksidi tacların hazırlanmasında istifadə olunan ən möhkəm materiallardan biridir. O, möhkəmlik baxımından keramikadan 4 dəfə üstün olsa da, estetik xüsusiyyətlərinə görə ondan geri qalmır. Parodontoz zamanı ön dişlərin protezlənməsinə ehtiyac yarandıqda, stomatoloqlar məhz sirkonium taclara üstünlük verməyi tövsiyə edirlər. Bu materialın böyük üstünlüklərindən biri diş əti nahiyəsində bakteriyaların yığılmasının qarşısını almasıdır. Digər vacib məqam isə ondan ibarətdir ki, sirkonium tacların quraşdırılması zamanı dişlər digər materiallardan hazırlanan taclarla müqayisədə xeyli az yonulur. Məqalədə parodontitli xəstələrin müalicəsində sirkonium tacların effektivliyini təsdiqləyən klinik tədqiqatların məlumatları, həmçinin Vertiprep metodikasının taclarla birlikdə tətbiqinin nəticələri təqdim olunur.
