XÜLASƏ
Məqalədə uzunmüddətli qlükokortikoid (QK) terapiyasının ən mühüm klinik ağırlaşmalarına dair müasir elmi məlumatlar təqdim olunur. Bu ağırlaşmalara metabolik pozğunluqlar, steroid-induksiyalı şəkərli diabet, arterial hipertenziya, ürək-damar ağırlaşmaları, QK-induksiyalı osteoporoz, dəri zədələnmələri və ikincili böyrəküstü vəzi çatışmazlığı daxildir. Xüsusi diqqət glucocorticoid stewardship prinsiplərinə əsaslanan, QK-nin rasional istifadəsinə dair müasir beynəlxalq tövsiyələrə yönəldilmişdir. Bu prinsiplər preparatların minimal effektiv dozada və mümkün olan ən qısa müddət ərzində təyin edilməsini, müalicənin təhlükəsizliyinin müntəzəm monitorinqini və ağırlaşmaların vaxtında profilaktikasını nəzərdə tutur. Təqdim olunan klinik müşahidələr xroniki QK toksikliyinin ağır dəri təzahürlərini nümayiş etdirir və arzuolunmaz təsirlərin erkən aşkar edilməsinin, müalicənin fərdiləşdirilməsinin və pasiyentlərin idarə olunmasında multidissiplinar yanaşmanın vacibliyini vurğulayır.
