XÜLASƏ
Bu məqalədə iltihabi bağırsaq xəstəlikləri (İBX) zamanı oynaq sindromunun klinik xüsusiyyətləri, diaqnostikası və differensial diaqnostikası ilə bağlı müasir məlumatlar təqdim edilmişdir. Oynaqların zədələnməsinin əsas formaları, o cümlədən I və II tip periferik artropatiyalar, aksial və periferik spondiloartrit, entezit və daktilit nəzərdən keçirilmişdir. Oynaq sindromunun klinik təzahürlərinə, onun bağırsaq iltihabının aktivliyi ilə əlaqəsinə, həmçinin vaxtında diaqnostikanı çətinləşdirən amillərə xüsusi diqqət yetirilmişdir. İBX-nin oynaq təzahürlərinin laborator və instrumental diaqnostikasına dair müasir yanaşmalar işıqlandırılmışdır. İltihab markerlərinin, HLA-B27 təyininin, oynaqların və entezislərin ultrasəs müayinəsinin, eləcə də aksial zədələnmələrin erkən aşkarlanması üçün ən informativ üsul hesab olunan maqnit-rezonans tomoqrafiyanın (MRT) rolu göstərilmişdir. Diferensial diaqnostikanın əsas prinsipləri və müasir medikamentoz müalicə yanaşmaları təqdim edilmişdir. Oynaq sindromunun vaxtında aşkar edilməsi və qastroenteroloq ilə revmatoloqun sıx multidissiplinar əməkdaşlığı oynaq strukturlarının zədələnməsinin qarşısının alınmasında, davamlı remissiyanın əldə edilməsində və İBX-li xəstələrin uzunmüddətli proqnozunun yaxşılaşdırılmasında həlledici əhəmiyyətə malikdir.
