XÜLASƏ
Aktuallıq. Burun arakəsməsinin əyriliyi uşaqlarda ən çox rast gəlinən tənəffüs pozğunluqlarından biridir və estetik problemlərlə yanaşı sosial-psixoloji təsirlərə də səbəb olur. Məqsəd. Xarici burun deformasiyası ilə birlikdə rast gəlinən burun arakəsməsinin ciddi əyriliyi olan uşaqlarda icra etdiyimiz estetik septoplastika əməliyyatı və onun əməliyyatdan sonrakı effektivliyini dəyərləndirmək. Material və metodlar. Tədqiqata 2019-2025-cü illər arasında 6-15 yaş arası 54 pasiyent (43 oğlan, 11 qız) cəlb edilmişdir. Əməliyyatlar endotraxeal narkozla qoruyucu subtotal septal rekonstruksiya texnikası (Preservation subtotal septal reconstraction technique) ilə, pediatrik septoplastika qaydalarına riayət edərək, böyümə nöqtələri qorunmaqla aparılmış və əməliyyatdan sonra pasiyenlərdə nəzərə çarpan fəsad müşahidə edilməmişdir. Nəticə. Tədqiqatda ədəbiyyata uyğun olaraq ən çox rast gəlinən göstərişin nazal obstruksiya olduğu müşahidə edildi. Eyni zamanda bu xəstələrdə aldığı travma nəticəsində yaranmış xarici burun deformasiyaları da qeyd olunurdu. Yekun. Pasiyentlərdə əməliyyatdan sonra həm funksional, həm də estetik baxımdan qənaətbəxş nəticələr əldə edilmişdir.
