СЛОЖНОСТИ ДИФФЕРЕНЦИАЛЬНОГО ПОИСКА НОДУЛЯРНОЙ ЛИМФОИДНОЙ ГИПЕРПЛАЗИИ ЖЕЛУДОЧНО-КИШЕЧНОГО ТРАКТА

РЕЗЮМЕ
Нодулярная лимфоидная гиперплазия желудочно-кишечного тракта характеризуется
наличием множества мелких узелков, обычно от 2 до 10 мм в диаметре, расположенных в
чаще тонкой кишке, желудке, толстой или прямой кишке. Патогенез в значительной
степени неизвестен, а встречаемость возможна во всех возрастных группах, довольно
часто у детей, может поражать взрослых с иммунодефицитом или без него. В некоторых
случаях у пациентов возможны сопутствующие заболевания, а именно общий
вариабельный иммунодефицит, селективный дефицит IgA, Giardia intestinalis, целиакия,
Helicobacter pylori, вирус иммунодефицита человека. В последнее время появились
данные о выявлении нодулярной лимфоидной гиперплазии у пациентов, перенесших
COVID-19. Нодулярная лимфоидная гиперплазия обычно протекает бессимптомно, но
может вызывать различные желудочно-кишечные симптомы, такие как абдоминальная
боль, хроническая диарея, кровотечение или кишечная непроходимость. Диагноз ставится
при эндоскопии или контрастном исследовании барием, и должен быть подтвержден
патогистологическим заключением. Нодулярная лимфоидная гиперплазия является
фактором риска как кишечной, так и, очень редко, внекишечной лимфомы.
